Program Details:
The
A.S.S.E.T. Advantage
Program was formulated to meet our customers' needs and respond to
the pressures of the constantly evolving marketplace. The A.S.S.E.T. Advantage
Program offers numerous advantages, but there are four distinct
benefits.
These four are Cash Flows, Logistics, Technical Support, and Communication.
Cash Flow:
A main focus of the A.S.S.E.T. program
is to help our customers improve their cash flow by focusing on
inventory planning, pricing and product grouping. It is not
in the best interest of Vitusa Products nor our customers to
purchase at a premium or to purchase inefficiently. Excess
or idle inventory has a negative impact on cash flow, as does
overpayment. Under this program, customers only have to
purchase 24,000 pounds of any combination of ingredients to
constitute a truckload, providing better cash management and
reliable, "just-in-time" delivery. Vitusa Products
extends this "Red Carpet Treatment" to all of our
customers, regardless of size.

Logistics:
The A.S.S.E.T. Advantage
Program offers logistical expertise, strategically placed
warehouses and order flexibility. The program goes beyond
meeting the customer's routine supply demands, as it is designed
to react to emergencies. The customer has the option to make
last minute changes, to obtain rush deliveries and to have a human
response to phone calls 24 hours per day, every day.
Through our dedication to reliable
logistics, our customers have confidently reduced safety stocks,
improved time management and capitalized on our flexibility and
versatility, and as a result improved overall cash flows.

Technical
Support:
Technical problem solving can never be
minimized and we certainly do not have all the answers.
However, Vitusa Products has the ability to utilize a vast
technical network that includes not only our own technical
resources, but also those of manufacturers, independent
laboratories and of allied businesses.

Communication:
The most undervalued resource is
communication. The better informed we are about a customer's
volatile production demands, the better we can serve the customer.
The better informed the customer is concerning world wide raw
material markets, the better the customer can plan, react and
minimize the effect of unwelcome events. At Vitusa Products,
